I'm living the greatest experiment… LIFE!
The variables are always changing. Amazing isn't it to see the choices we make along the way.

For many years, I was surviving life not living it!
Yoga, along with cleansing, bodywork, breathwork and therapy have transformed my life.  I have since found a love of music, dance, singing, and drumming. Who would've thought?
 
I'm an elementary school teacher here in LA. My goal is to inspire my students to ask questions, find connection to body and mind, and have compassion for others.

Yoga is my #1 tool for accomplishing this goal.
We MUST teach children the gift of self-care. Our world is moving too fast. They NEED to find connection within themselves in order to create peace in the outside world.

Dance and music are my #2 tool.
We don't allow children to move anymore. Test them till they drop or heads pop. Their souls, hearts and bodies find fluid movement expelling stress and allowing them to function more clearly.

Journaling is my #3 tool.
Putting into words or drawing a picture about how you feel, where you feel it, and what has changed after the experience is the integration of the work.

Yes, I share with my students what worked for me!
It is the next part of my experiment.
Sharing these life changing tools with young people gives me hope for the future.
